Soddy Daisy, TN

Soddy-Daisy is a city in Hamilton County, TN. The population was 11,530 at the 2000 census. The city was formed in 1969 when the communities of Soddy and Daisy, along with nearby developed areas along U.S. Highway 27, merged to form Soddy-Daisy. It is a suburb of Chattanooga, and is rapidly becoming a bedroom community (or commuter town). Sequoyah Nuclear Generating Station is located in Soddy-Daisy.
